Eswatini is a tiny Kingdom situated in Southern Africa with about 70% of the population living below the poverty line, the country is ruled by extravagant multi-billionaire Mswati, as an absolute Monarch.<\/p>\n

A questionnaire was sent to Lady-Howard Mabuza, the eSwatini Minister of Education and Training, however, she had not responded at the time of compiling this report.<\/p>\n

But Lot Vilakati, the Secretary General(SG) of the Swaziland National Association of Teachers(SNAT) told that, government was struggling to create a conducive environment for teachers and learners by providing working equipment.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf the learning environment is not supported, the teachers and students both become less productive and this, result to the production of a large number of failures,\u201d said the SNAT Secretary General.<\/p>\n
