It was stated that the total proposed contract price was E2 693 473.73.<\/p>\n<p>It must be noted that, in terms of section 45(2) of the Act, the above contract award decision does not constitute a contract. Further, in terms of section 45(4), 46, and 47 of the Act, all tenderers who submitted bids are hereby notified that a period of ten working days is hereby allowed for submission of any application for review from the above stated date of the first publication of this notice.<\/p>\n<p><b>Specifications<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Worth mentioning is that at least eight tenderers or companies did not meet required technical specifications and this companies included Advanced Technologies and Solutions, Biogas Investments, Spectrum Utility Management (Pty) Ltd, Pith Investments in Joint Venture (JV) with Lekhohlwa Investments.
