Africa-Press – Eswatini. <\/strong><\/span>Inyatsi Group Holdings is walking on air after the diversified corporation\u2019s stall was named one of the best at the Zambia International Trade Fair.<\/b><\/p>\n

The six-day showcase, officially opened by His Majesty King Mswati III is the biggest international exhibition in Zambia and attracted participation from all sectors of the economy, as well as both foreign and local companies.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt was the first time Inyatsi participated in the trade fair and we honestly did not expect to be named one of the best stalls,\u201d said Ncobile Dlamini, the Group\u2019s Marketing and Public Relations Manager.<\/p>\n

\u201cEven so, the award proves that Inyatsi Group makes sure to lead in all aspects as per the vision to become Africa\u2019s Leading Integrated Business Partner when given a chance.\u201d<\/p>\n

She celebrated Eswatini\u2019s runner-up award in the Best Exhibitor category, stating that it holds a significant meaning in terms of international recognition for the country.<\/p>\n

\u201cAs a corporation headquartered in Eswatini, we are happy to have been part of that recognition and are certain that this award has given us impetus to do even better next year,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n

The corporation has a number of companies in different sectors under it, namely Inyatsi Construction, Construction Associates, Infracast, Maloma, Lidwala Insurance, The Clinic Group, and newly set up telecoms company, ZedMobile.<\/p>\n

\u201cZambia is one of 11 African countries where we have a footprint, and that is why it was a primary objective to showcase the range of services and products offered by each of our companies there,\u201d said Dlamini.<\/p>\n

His Majesty toured the stall alongside Inkhosikati LaMagongo, Minister of Commerce, Industry and Trade Manqoba Khumalo and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Thuli Dladla.<\/p>\n

When speaking at the opening of the fair themed \u2018Stimulating economic development through partnerships, trade and investment,\u2019 His Majesty said the opening up of free trade opportunities through the African Continental Free Trade Area AfCFTA) challenged the business sector to become highly innovative, competitive and interconnected through trade.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt serves as a reminder of the need to work together towards realising the economic dividends that our countries and the continent of Africa stand to accrue through strategic partnerships.<\/p>\n

\u201cAfrica, with a population of more than 1.3 billion consumers and a combined Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of more than US$3 trillion, should be capable of supporting itself and ensuring self-sustainability into the future, said the King, further highlighting that liberalisation of trade in services, which includes the movement of business persons, was a positive step to allow the private sector, especially small, micro and medium enterprises (SMMEs) to move goods in the continent without any stringent and sometimes prohibitive visa entry requirements and customs duties.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt is on this premise that we have prioritised the trunk roads and trade related legislation framework as a country, for the smooth movement of goods and the liberalisation of trade in services.\u201d<\/p>\n

Other countries the group operates in apart from Eswatini and Zambia are Mozambique, South Africa, Malawi, Lesotho, Botswana, Uganda, Namibia, Ivory Coast and Somaliland.<\/p>\n

Last week, the Group\u2019s Chief Executive Officer, Derrick Shiba, launched a project worth over E350 million in Somaliland at an event graced by that country\u2019s President, Muse Bihi Abdi and Vice President Abdirahman Saylici.<\/p>\n
