Africa-Press – Eswatini. <\/strong><\/span>This was how Tella described his Siswati debut Extended Play (EP), titled \u2018Timphiko\u2019. \u2018Timphiko\u2019, which is a seven-track album, was released on all digital streaming platforms today. The album is a soulful mix of mostly amapiano music sung, written and produced by Tella, mixed and mastered by Chaboy of Rare Jam productions.<\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cThe title \u2018Timphiko\u2019 gave birth to itself during the composition of the EP in the sense that I, as an artist and a face of the EP, may be uplifted. However, it is important to say that the actual mechanism behind the uplifting is made possible by all the supporting personnel in the production and distribution of this album. So the title comes to the fore as a notion of other individuals\u2019 efforts and support in making the project a success. This goes for not just the sound engineer (Chaboy) and Rare Jam under XLR media only, but my choreographer (Maluleki Jika), backing vocalist, translator, photographers and the graphics unit,\u201d said Tella.<\/p>\n

\u201cTimphiko is a traditional themed project that aims to reconnect listeners with their native art and culture. It encompasses motivational and life changing messages that all kinds of listeners can relate to and could apply in their lives and experience positive change,\u201d added the multitalented artist who is fresh off the Epic Gig stage.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe variation of structure, sound selection and vocal texture is applied so that all listeners have the allowance to chose their favourite Song which is assured to occur,\u201d Tella added.<\/p>\n

Tella has been making music for 8 years, 5 of which were focused on self teaching and practice. He has already released 4 singles, one of which is official, as well as a joint EP consisting of 4 songs. Tella is a spiritually inclined individual who sees himself as being on a human journey. His art and creativity are derived from the beauty of nature itself, as well as from past experiences and anticipated stimulation.<\/p>\n

Tella\u2019s\u2018Timphiko\u2019 is available to stream on Apple Music, Spotify, and Youtube as the main distribution platforms.<\/p>\n
