Africa-Press – Eswatini. <\/strong><\/span>The United States of America (USA) Embassy held remarkable sessions dedicated to H2 visas and international recruitment agencies.<\/b><\/p>\n

The Embassy was thrilled to share their recent participation in two enlightening business workshops at the Eswatini International Trade Fair, which ended yesterday.<\/p>\n

On Monday, there was a remarkable session dedicated to H2 visas. This insightful session also featured different recruitment agencies who presented on the exciting working opportunities available for Emaswati in the United States.<\/p>\n

And just yesterday, the USAID Africa Trade and Investment Program joined forces with EIPA and Eswatini Revenue Authority to host a capacity-building event for Eswatini businesses.<\/p>\n

The main objective is to encourage the utilisation of AGOA \u2013 the African Growth and Opportunity Act. This collaboration was a clear demonstration of the unwavering commitment of the U.S. government to support Eswatini\u2019s economic growth goals.<\/p>\n

Charge\u0301 d\u2019Affaires Earl Miller also took the opportunity to tour some of the stalls of USAID- and PEPFAR- supported organisations. He had some valuable takeaways from their AGOA session experts.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are fully confident that the Government of Eswatini will seize this opportunity to make progress on important issues and continue to meet AGOA\u2019s eligibility requirements. The United States remains committed to strengthening the U.S.-Eswatini bilateral relationship and our economic partnership, including through AGOA,\u201d said Christopher Wall, U.S Embassy of Eswatini Economic Officer.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile another said \u201cWe are in a drive to encourage the exports of more products to the U.S because currently, there is generally an under-utilisation of the AGOA facility\u201d<\/p>\n
