The muso is featured in the See Me Now and Temptations songs. Grammy award-winning songwriter, Manana, was born in Eswatini and has shot to fame in South Africa\u2019s music scene. The soulful performer is off to an outstanding start, despite appearing to have only recently come to prominence. Manana gave the world a glimpse of who he was with his debut project, In the Beginning Was the End.<\/p>\n

A musical interloper, he has written songs for Ami Faku for eBhayi, Amanda Black for Africa, and Sauti Sol for Feel My Love and Fire, to name a few. Nasty C has presented his highly anticipated fourth full-length album, I Love It Here, and is out now across all digital platforms. Released under Def Jam Recordings, the album fuses hip-hop with an African flavour and a fiery sense of soul.<\/p>\n

This 19-track opus cements Nasty C\u2019s status as a global phenomenon with an uncanny ability to balance a myriad of vibes, styles, and emotions. \u2018I Love It Here\u2019 illuminates multiple sides of his vision. The album was preceded by a single \u2018Prosper In Peace\u2019 with Benny The Butcher.<\/p>\n

Nasty C, born Nsikayesizwe Ngcobo, started rapping at only nine, all thanks to the tutelage of his older brother, Jay Jody. At only 15, he released his first mix tape, One Kid, A Thousand Coffins, before he gained a major following after dropping the Price City mix tape.<\/p>\n

The mix tape\u2019s single \u2018Juice Back\u2019 was a major hit across the African continent, which led to Nasty C winning the Best Freshman prize at the highly competitive South African Hip-Hop Awards.<\/p>\n
