Africa-Press – Eswatini. <\/strong><\/span>The Baylor College of Medicine Children\u2019s Foundation Eswatini has received 200 bags of rice as donations from the Taiwan Embassy and Taiwan Medical Mission.<\/b><\/p>\n

Baylor COE is a leader in pediatric HIV care and treatment in the country that provides free medical services to HIV-positive children. Around 40% of the HIV-positive pediatric population in Eswatini get their treatment from the clinic.<\/p>\n

The Taiwan Medical Mission in Eswatini has stated on its Facebook page that the foundation used to distribute food parcel vouchers to patients in need. Eligible patients who meet certain clinical criteria can access to the food parcel vouchers. Taiwan Embassy saw the needs of patients and donated rice to the Baylor COE so that more people in Eswatini would benefit from this foundation.<\/p>\n
