Africa-Press – Eswatini. <\/strong><\/span>Sincephetele MVA Fund has launched a project which will lead to ISO 9001: 2015 Certification.<\/b><\/p>\n

The project involves setting out a roadmap towards the improvement of services offered to road crash survivors through adopting a Quality Management System (QMS).<\/p>\n

Speaking during the launch, the Chief Executive Officer, David Mfanimpela Myeni, emphasised the importance of Quality management in ensuring that the organisation delivers on its mandate in an efficient and impactful manner.<\/p>\n

He said that the delivery of a Quality Management System will not just be about a set of rules and procedures, but an integral part of the organisation\u2019s \u201cThe Last mile\u201d phase of Seamless Sincephetelo Strategy 20\/24.<\/p>\n

\u201cAll employees should familiarise themselves with the system and work collaboratively to ensure its successful implementation. The Fund is committed to continuous improvement and learning, we are also set to becoming a centre of excellence,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

He continued to encourage departments that interact regularly with claimants to remain innovative and further look for new ways to improve customer experience.<\/p>\n

It is said that the Chief Executive Officer of the National Maize Corporation, Mavela Vilane who was a guest speaker at the event, congratulated the organisation on the commitment to quality management and further encouraged them to continue striving for excellence.\u201cQuality Management System is a tool for success and the team should work tirelessly towards making it a success,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

It was stated on the organisation\u2019s Facebook page that Vilane also presented an outline of global and local perspectives, as well as the benefits of the exercise and highlighted the critical elements that need to be adopted in ensuring that the Fund succeeds in delivering a system that will help to better serve survivors of motor vehicle crashes.<\/p>\n
