Which is an extremely huge opportunity to recognise the longevity and achievements of the company, and the people who work there.<\/p>\n

In an interview with the company’s Managing Director Lomakhosi Magagula she said that they are firstly grateful to God for the fact that the company has managed to complete their first cycle.<\/p>\n

\u201cwe are here still standing despite all the hurdles of business start-ups.<\/p>\n

Further to that, we appreciate our clients who have given us a chance. In our first year of existence we are seeing great strides towards our goals which is \u201cintegrating Global Supply Chains\u201d Magagula said.<\/p>\n

Their pride and joy is being recognised by African Women In Supply Chain Association (AWISCA) as part of the Top Influential Women in Supply Chain 2022 additionally, receiving a Pan African Supply Chain Award for \u201cTop Professional Woman of the year\u201d<\/p>\n

She shared that she was extremely delighted to be working with such a great team, who are young innovative people, who have been part of the exciting first year milestone of the existence of Zeal Procurement and Supply Chain Limited<\/p>\n

\u2022 Procurement can be dynamic and unpredictable; therefore, procurement officers must be flexible in order to adapt which will help them to be more resilient.<\/p>\n

\u2022 They must embrace a problem-solving mindset to overcome obstacles and they must be able to network and learn from others in the industry to gain valuable insights and broaden their knowledge.<\/p>\n

\u2022 In most instances when things go south due to supply failure or when unforeseen circumstances strike, procurement must remain vigilant and advise on feasible contingency plans.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Forge healthy relationships with suppliers but also have limits<\/p>\n
