Africa-Press – Eswatini. <\/strong><\/span>Eswatini National Youth Council has visited youth owned businesses that are supported through the Insika Yelikusasa Lensha Project which is funded by the Taiwan Government.<\/b><\/p>\n

This happened during the Global Entrepreneurship Week as part of Monitoring and Evaluation. It is said ENYC team aims to provide technical guidance and engage the youth on best practices.<\/p>\n

Most of the youth businesses are doing fairly good as some have already acquired markets for their produce.<\/p>\n

A young farmer from Gilgal, Ngangelive Gule, appreciated the ENYC team for supporting him in his agricultural project.<\/p>\n

He says he will soon make profits from the financial assistance he got from the organization as most of his crops are almost ready for the market.<\/p>\n

\u201cI would like to encourage my fellow entrepreneurs to visit the ENYC offices. I am also grateful for the partnership between the Taiwan Government and the ENYC which came through for the youth of Eswatini,\u201d said Gule.<\/p>\n

Through the support, he managed to purchase butternut, watermelon and tomatoes seedlings.<\/p>\n

Richard Tsabedze, a spaza shop owner from Eteni, is also one the young entrepreneurs that got E10 000 financial assistance from ENYC to start the business.<\/p>\n

\u201cENYC has also helped me to grow in the business and be able to face challenges that come with it. I am able to make a living and keeping myself busy which protects me from developing bad habits,\u201d said Tsabedze.<\/p>\n
