The four factory shells are in Nhlhangano, Gamula, Lubuli, and Hlatikhulu.<\/p>\n<p>The minister shared the vision of creating work not far from where employees reside to limit transportation expenses and paying rent. Khumalo said, \u201cWe continue to believe that parliament will support the factory shell programme. We want to build more factory shells around the country in such a manner that people wake up from their homes and go to work.
