We know everyone is looking forward to the seven-course or even nine-course meal on Monday to celebrate the most holy holiday of the birth of our Lord Christ, Christmas. Who does not love Christmas meals, from your starters to all sorts of salads and the famous desserts to wash down the scrumptious meals that we especially enjoy as we celebrate with our families, relatives, and friends?<\/p>\n

We at Eswatini Positive News went out to source a budget-friendly menu to cook for the special day with your family. Zanele Funeka is well known to many, as Mrs. F was gracious enough to draw up a menu that won\u2019t cost you an arm and a leg, so go out there and grab the ingredients.<\/p>\n

She shared with this publication her passion for food. \u201cI love food. So much so that I have wanted to open my own restaurant for the longest time. To me, food is an experience. It\u2019s more than just eating. Presentation, preparation, skill, smell, and taste are always keys,\u201d said Mrs. F.<\/p>\n

She went on to say, \u201cLast year I introduced lunch with Mrs. F, which was for Sundays. It was the first of its kind for friends and residents of Mbabane who wanted to enjoy soulful meals, great company, and good music. I then decided to have meals with Mrs. F as an everyday service. Unfortunately, I got ill and couldn\u2019t continue, but I\u2019m much better now. I\u2019m back, offering packed meals for families and small groups. You can enjoy lunch with Mrs. F from the comfort of your home, she said.<\/p>\n
