Sihlongonyane said this then results in moisture. This, he said, would not only affect the country, but also South Africa (SA), Lesotho, Botswana and Zimbabwe. According to Sihlongonyane, the Southern African Development Community (SADC) region is mostly affected.<\/p>\n<p>Today, there will be rain and fog at places. It will be cloudy and cold but cool in the Lowveld.<\/p>\n<p>Tomorrow, there will be rain at places, otherwise cloudy with partly cloudy intervals and cool to warm in the Lowveld. On Friday, morning fog and rain at places is expected. Some cloudy intervals will be experienced with cool to warm weather in the Lowveld. Meanwhile, Chief Police Information and Communications Officer Senior Superintendent Phindile Vilakati has issued a warning about three major rivers, which are Mndobandoba (Big Bend), Stilo (Hluti), and Phophonyane (Pigg\u2019s Peak) that have become flooded due to recent heavy rains.
