Africa-Press – Eswatini. <\/strong><\/span>The Greystone Partners Limited and Inala Capital Limited will be having their Annual General Meetings (AGMs) next month.<\/b><\/p>\n

The AGMs will be held at the Royal Villas from 10am and 11:30am respectively. According to the notices issued by the two investment companies, the AGMs will be held to consider and, if approved, to pass the several ordinary resolutions. There will also be presentations of the companies\u2019 audited financial statements for the period ended December 31, 2022. Both companies will further resolve that SNG Grant Thornton be re-appointed as auditors of the company to hold office until the next AGM and that the directors be authorised to fix the remuneration of the auditors for the past year. Greystone Partners Limited\u2019s principal objective is to carry on business as an investment company.<\/p>\n

Unlisted<\/b><\/p>\n

The company invests primarily in emergent, unlisted businesses with sustainable growth potential, with a primary investment focus of maintaining and growing a portfolio of significant equity interests in unlisted companies with sound growth records or potential for growth that are expected to earn above average returns. Meanwhile, Inala Capital\u2019s principal objective is to carry on business as an investment holding company to provide investors with attractive long-term returns. Inala Capital focusses on investing in companies which demonstrate strong fundamentals and good growth prospects, where Inala Capital believes it can add value. The company\u2019s primary investment geography is in the Kingdom of Eswatini. Where opportunities are unavailable, the company will seek opportunities in the Southern African Development Community (SADC).<\/p>\n
