Today, Minister Rijkenberg and Ministry officials were making final touches to the Budget Speech ahead of its presentation on Friday.<\/p>\n<p>The final touches were made in Parliament. The Budget Speech is supposed to be outlining Government\u2019s plans for the financial year 2024\/25.
