The report was released in Parliament on Monday and is yet to be debated by parliamentarians.<\/p>\n<p>The report states that the recurrent expenditure was E18 854 945 686.48 while Capital Expenditure was E2 674 821 027.20.<\/p>\n<p>It is reflected that E7.6 billion of government expenditure went to personnel costs while a whooping E6.2 billion got channeled to internal grants and subsidies.
