Africa-Press – Eswatini. <\/strong><\/span>SHISELWENI Region Member of Parliament Lindiwe Mamba has assured all the 15 elected MPs in the constituencies under the region that she will not \u2018gatecrash\u2019 into their constituencies but would get their blessing whenever there was an activity.<\/b><\/p>\n

Mamba said she would not want to find herself trespassing as that could lead to other MPs saying she was undermining them but would accord them full respect without backstabbing anyone.<\/p>\n

She said her wish was to work in harmony with all of them.<\/p>\n

She was addressing a gathering at Mathendele Township on Saturday during a thanksgiving ceremony organised by Shiselweni II MP Bhekithemba Gonyovu Bhembe and the inkhundla council.<\/p>\n

Zombodze Emuva MP Ntando Mkhonta was also present at the ceremony, which was held in the community hall. MP Mamba, who is from Mbangweni Umphakatsi under the same constituency, contested for the indvuna yenkhundla position but she did not make it as the eventual winner was Lucas Slender Nzima.<\/p>\n

Mamba said she was aware that she had supporters at Mathendele.<\/p>\n

She said she got a chance and tried her luck again in contesting for the regional woman MP where she triumphed.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou cast your votes but unfortunately it was not the position that God had prepared for me. I had to go for a Sabbatical leave and I profoundly thought about this kind of leave.<\/p>\n

\u201cHowever, I had to then focus on what was ahead of me and I found myself where I am today.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s the wonderful God who always knows the destination of His people who believe in Him. A miracle God who decides what is right and good for a person and decides even the right time on whatever is the desire of that person.<\/p>\n

I am a living testimony to all that,\u201d said MP Mamba.<\/p>\n

She said as regional woman MP, she would make sure not to disappoint the region. She said she was an MP without boundaries as she would be working with all the 15 MPs.<\/p>\n

\u201cI am representing Shiselweni region as a whole. To all of the residents of Mathendele, my request is that you have to make use of MP Bhembe. Whatever I am also going to be doing, I have to make him aware and he has to give his blessing,\u201d said MP Mamba, whose remarks were received with thunderous applause.<\/p>\n
