The valuations of these investments stood at E1 618 980 625 in 2023, while in 2022 they were at E1 454 489 715.<\/p>\n<p>It is worth noting that ENPF owns 100 per cent shareholding at the Happy Valley hotel, 61.95 per cent at the Industrial Development Company of Eswatini (IDCE), 36.82 per cent at the Bhunu Mall to name a few.<\/p>\n<p><b>Shareholding<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Subsequent to year end, the Fund acquired a 22.5 per stake in Unifoods for E63.9 Million. Unfiods is a milling and pre-packing business that owns several well known local brands.
