Africa-Press – Eswatini. <\/strong><\/span>The Ministry of Health has officially marked the opening of the Dwalile Clinic.<\/b><\/p>\n

Ministry of Health Principal Secretary (PS) Kwanyakwezwe Mabuza, along with other officials from the Ministry, were present at the event dubbed \u2018Dwalile Clinic Decongestion Ceremony\u2019 (Thursday, May 30, 2024).<\/p>\n

The new state-of-the-art building was constructed through Micro-Projects to replace the old 2-room structure which had been used until 2019. Mabuza described the moment as \u201ca significant milestone in our journey to provide quality healthcare services to the community.\u201d<\/p>\n

He stated that the new structure had addressed various issues that were presented to healthcare staff and patients at the old clinic building.<\/p>\n

The old Dwalile Clinic.<\/p>\n

PS Mabuza said Dwalile Clinic was committed to providing exceptional care and support to all those who walked through its doors. However, the old facility, according to Mabuza, presented a number of challenges that affected quality delivery of health services. These included compromised patient privacy and confidentiality, restricted patient flow, triaging and infection control.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt was for this reason that a new building was necessary so that all the listed challenges would be addressed. Therefore, with this new clinic structure providing patient privacy and confidentiality, Dwalile Clinic has expanded its capacity to serve the community, offering a wider range of services and a more comfortable environment for patients,\u201d Mabuza said.<\/p>\n

He described the clinic as more than just a building, but a symbol of the Ministry\u2019s unwavering commitment to improving the health and well-being of those they served. \u201cIt represents our dedication to innovation, excellence, and compassion in everything we do,\u201d Mabuza concluded.<\/p>\n
