The country recorded 102 COVID-19 cases, four recoveries and eight admissions yesterday. The results were received from a total of 430 tests. There were no fatalities recorded. According to the Director of Health Services, Dr Vusi Magagula, they have been noting the increase in the cases.<\/p>\n<p>Magagula said they had not come to a point where they could tell whether it was another wave as they were still to check whether it was another variant or not before they could issue a statement. He mentioned that when comparing with South Africa, they realised the upward movements in the cases recorded on a daily basis. Meanwhile, to date, there are 1 397 COVID-19 fatalities recorded since the pandemic outbreak in March 2020.
