Africa-Press – Eswatini. <\/strong><\/span>Nontsikelelo Msibi, the MTN Eswatini Risk and Compliance Manager says the Mobile Money(MoMo) logbooks have been stopped as it expose customers to the \u201cfacata scammers\u201d.<\/b><\/p>\n

The Manager was speaking during the MTN Eswatini Business Connect Session this week,she was responding to a participant who wanted to know what MTN was doing to protect customers\u2019 information from scammers.<\/p>\n

A logbook is used to compile clients information who withdraw and deposit Mobile Money within MTN Eswatini outlets.<\/p>\n

Dozens of \u201cfacata scammers\u201d have been arrested by the police for allegedly defrauding members of public their monies through Mobile Money.<\/p>\n
