At Maseyisini, Dladla donated a two-roomed house to Mthobisi Shongwe, who is disabled, and his sister Samkelisiwe. This house was funded by the Inyatsi Foundation with E50 000, supplemented by the Government of Eswatini through the <b>National Disaster Management Agency<\/b> (NDMA) with an additional E30 000. The Disaster Management Department under the DPM\u2019s Office provided fencing, chickens, goats, and a water tank for the family.<\/p>\n<p>The Maseyisini Member of Parliament (MP) Nokuthula Dlamini donated a double bed, and Montigny Investment Company donated a bed and a chest without drawers. Making her remarks, the MP said she was thankful to His Majesty King Mswati III for entrusting Dladla with the role of being a DPM. She said Dladla has been handing over houses to less privileged Emaswati. The MP said this was one thing that they were proud of and even spoke about it when they went out of the country.<\/p>\n<p>Blankets and sponges were also donated by the Inyatsi Foundation. Additionally, the DPM and NDMA provided food for the family.<\/p>\n<p>The DPM encouraged both siblings to live peacefully and take care of their house. She also appreciated the neighbours who have tirelessly and selflessly looked after them by providing shelter and food. Their old house has been collapsing over the years, and now only a small portion is left and is in poor condition.<\/p>\n<p>At Methula Inkhundla, a decent three-room house was officially handed over to Gogo Leflina Myeni (85). Gogo Myeni had been at Mankayane Old Age Home while her house was under construction. She lives with her two grandchildren. The DPM requested the local umphakatsi and the police to ensure no one evicts the old woman and provide protection for her.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBecause of the condition of her old house, we decided to take her to Mankayane Old Age Home with her grandchild while constructing the new house. I am happy today that she is finally back home. This house belongs to the King; therefore, no one has a right to evict you. Even if you pass on, the house will be handed over to your grandchildren by Umphakatsi and DPM\u2019s Office,\u201d the DPM said.<\/p>\n<p>This family received food, two beds from Montigny Investment Company, blankets and sponges from Inyatsi Foundation.
