Africa-Press – Eswatini. <\/strong><\/span>Pieter Louw of the NetCare hospital says they are restricted by the law from revealing information about their patients.<\/b><\/p>\n

Responding to an email regarding the alleged admission of King Mswati\u2019s mother Queen Ntombi Tfwala within the hospital,Louw said they were restricted by the provisions of the Protection of Personal Information Act from sharing patients information.<\/p>\n

\u201cDear Zweli.Thanks for your mail regarding information relating to patients admitted in our Hospital.Unfortunately, due to the POPI act we are governed not to disclose any private information of any of our patients receiving medical treatment in our hospital,\u201d reads a response from the hospital.<\/p>\n

Documents including immigration records suggest that the Queen crossed the border on the 15th May 2022 for medical treatment at the NetCare Hospital.<\/p>\n

Members of her security team are currently on duty outside the hospital providing her with security.<\/p>\n
