Set against the backdrop of Namibia\u2019s capital city, Windhoek, the engagement brings together some of Eswatini\u2019s brightest minds to forge international partnerships that aim to uplift education, empower youth, and boost the nation\u2019s skills capacity.<\/p>\n

Dr. Mkhonta is part of a high-powered delegation led by Makhosini S. Mndawe, Principal Secretary in the Ministry of Labour and Social Security. She is joined by Mboni Dlamini, Executive Secretary of the Eswatini Qualifications Authority, E. Nathi Dlamini, CEO of Business Eswatini, and Earnest Simelane, Director of Industrial and Vocational Training.<\/p>\n

Their mission? To position Eswatini at the heart of continental conversations around education, innovation, and employment \u2013 and to make sure that the kingdom\u2019s voice resonates in EU-funded programmes that are shaping Africa\u2019s future.<\/p>\n

The dialogue is supported by key figures from the European Union Delegation: Allen Dlamini, Programme Manager for Skills Development, and Rolf Strier, Team Leader for the EU Cooperation Facility.
