Workers are encouraged to familiarise themselves with their rights, and the Ministry of Labour and Social Security remains available to provide guidance and enforcement where necessary,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, a female textile worker based in Matsapha, who requested anonymity for fear of victimisation, said she is frequently compelled to work late without guaranteed transport.
