The King met President Obiang Nguema Mbasogo alongside Prince Mangciso, Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Minister Pholile Shakantu, Commerce, Industry and Trade Minister Manqoba Khumalo, Chief Officer Chief Mgwagwa Gamedze, the King\u2019s Private Secretary Mbongeni Simelane, and Chief Mdokwane Sibandze.<\/p>\n<p>Also present were Emazinyane.<\/p>\n<p>The meeting between the leaders lasted about two hours. The Kingdom of Eswatini and Equatorial Guinea enjoy fraternal relations. At the 11th OACPS Summit, both countries contributed a sum of 6.5 million euros (approximately E130 million) towards the resuscitation of the 50-year-old organisation, which was facing financial challenges.<\/p>\n<p>As Resource Mobilisation Champion, His Majesty the King rallied the 79 African, Caribbean and Pacific countries to make additional resources over and above their annual subscriptions to save the struggling organisation.<\/p>\n<p>His Majesty the King concluded his visit to Equatorial Guinea by visiting the National Botanic Park.
