Over the years, he has been directly involved in coordinating project implementation, ensurin compliance with engineering standards, and managing relationships with contractors and key stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p>Having grown through the ranks within the civil engineering division, Mabuza is regarded within the Ministry as a seasoned professional with a deep institutional understanding of the country\u2019s road network and infrastructure needs. His experience spans project management, infrastructure planning, and stakeholder engagement, all of which are critical to the successful delivery of large scale public works.<\/p>\n<p>The Ministry said his appointment comes at a time when there is increasing focus on improving road infrastructure, enhancing maintenance systems, and accelerating the rollout of both ongoing and planned projects.
