Without question or complaint, he obeyed God command.<\/p>\n<p>Accompanied by his two servants, Abraham travelled to the appointed place. When they reached the mountain called Moriah, he prepared the altar, placed Isaac upon it, and took the knife to carry out the sacrifice.<\/p>\n<p>Isaac, believed to have been a young man between the ages of 16 and 17 did not resist. Despite Abraham old age and limited physical strength, his faith gave him the courage and strength to obey God instruction.<\/p>\n<p>At the final moment, as Abraham raised the knife, an angel of the Lord intervened and stopped him. God then provided a ram as a substitute for the sacrifice, illustrating that obedience and faith are rewarded.<\/p>\n<p>The King stressed that this story shows that trials and challenges are part of the journey to blessings, and that God\u2019s guidance is perfect even when people do not fully understand His plans.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe lesson we learn from Abraham and Isaac is that if you are to receive God\u2019s blessings, you must be willing to go through trials,\u201d the King said. \u201cSubmit yourself to God, endure challenges, and victory will follow. True success is born from perseverance, humility and faith.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He also reflected on the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ, highlighting that enduring pain and challenges is part of spiritual growth and preparation for blessings. He drew parallels with biblical figures such as Job, noting that trials test the strength of one\u2019s faith and devotion to God.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Prime Minister Russell Mmiso Dlamini observed that pastors who preached during the service spoke about the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. He said the participation of Their Majesties demonstrates reverence for God and provides a model for all Emaswati to live faithfully and humbly.<\/p>\n<p>The celebrations were brought to life through uplifting worship performances. Melika Church and the All Nations Christian Church in Zion delivered powerful songs, including \u201cAsilwi Thina Nabantu,\u201d which emphasised peace, unity and spiritual reflection. The music and joyful atmosphere created a memorable Easter Sunday experience for all attendees.<\/p>\n<p>Concluding his sermon, His Majesty urged believers to place God at the centre of their lives, obey His commands without hesitation, and walk humbly. \u201cFocus your eyes on God.
