Let\u2019s wait for Cabinet to find solutions,\u201d said the Provident Fund Board Chairman.<\/p>\n<p>It has been disclosed that, Business Eswatini and other stakeholders rejected the new Chairman saying, the Chairmanship was supposed to be occupied by a representative from Business Eswatini.<\/p>\n<p>Nathie Dlamini, the Business Eswatini Chief Executive Officer (CEO) who doubles as a member of the ENPF Governing Board previously told this publication that, the matter \u201chas been referred to Cabinet through Labour and Social Security Minister Phila Buthelezi\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Efforts to seek a comment from the Labour and Social Security Minister proved unsuccessful at the time of compiling this report.<\/p>\n<p>On another note, the challenges within the Eswatini National Provident Fund come at a time when the State owned entity is in the conversion process into a National Pension Fund.<\/p>\n<p>It is alleged that, Chairman Derrick Shiba has been inviting Board members to a meeting but failed to form a quorum and as a result, he subsequently wrote to Labour and Social Security Minister Phila Buthelezi seeking his intervention in finding solutions to the ongoing challenges within the ENPF Governing Board.<\/p>\n<p><strong>For More News And Analysis About <span style=\"color: #ff6600\">Eswatini<\/span> Follow <span style=\"color: #ff6600\">Africa-Press<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Africa-Press &#8211; Eswatini.
