He pointed to the change in weather during the course of the services, from intense heat to rainfall, as a sign of divine presence and care. \u201cWe have seen how much God loves us. It was not by our strength, but by His grace,\u201d said His Majesty.<\/p>\n<p>The King urged pastors to take the message of Christ beyond the church and into communities, particularly to those who have not yet received Him. He stressed that the Gospel must be lived and reflected in people\u2019s daily lives, saying the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ should serve as a guiding foundation in all that believers do.<\/p>\n<p>His Majesty further underscored that what is supported by God carries power, encouraging pastors to remain steadfast in faith and committed to their calling. He said the Gospel they preach should promote peace, unity and care for one another, both within Eswatini and beyond its borders.<\/p>\n<p>Drawing from scripture, His Majesty referred to biblical figures who remained faithful under trial. He cited Daniel, who was thrown into the lions\u2019 den but was protected by God, as well as Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego, who did not turn away from their faith even when cast into the fire. These examples, he said, demonstrate that those who remain in God become courageous and do not live in fear.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEven a nation, when it stands in the right position with God, can be protected. God will close the mouths of the lions,\u201d His Majesty said.<\/p>\n<p>His Majesty also addressed the challenges faced by individuals, including financial hardships, describing them as tests of faith. He said such trials should strengthen belief in God, noting that endurance through difficult circumstances leads to growth and eventual success.<\/p>\n<p>He reminded the gathering that God sent Jesus Christ to cleanse the sins of the world, urging believers to humble themselves before God. \u201cIf you humble yourself before God, He will lift you up. Nations that humble themselves before God will be elevated,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>The King further encouraged Emaswati to prioritise prayer and regular church attendance, stating that those who live in God do not fear, as their strength comes from Him. He highlighted that unity and love among citizens are key to maintaining peace in the country, noting that Eswatini remains peaceful because of the spirit of mutual respect and care among its people.<\/p>\n<p>His Majesty also drew from cultural practices of sharing, recalling how communities would traditionally share from a single container, ensuring that everyone received something. He said such practices reflect the values of love and unity that should continue to guide the nation.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier, His Majesty arrived at Ngabezweni Royal Residence and inspected offerings presented by emaSwati, including those from church leaders and families such as Pastor Moses Warren, Stanley Lukhele, Susan Mkhabela and Madayisi Dacosta, among others.<\/p>\n<p>The church leaders later gathered to bid farewell to His Majesty following the service, marking the close of the Easter programme.<\/p>\n<p>In closing, His Majesty expressed appreciation to those who presented offerings and extended well wishes for a safe journey to all attendees.
