Africa-Press – Eswatini. <\/strong><\/span>King Mswati strangely used a long-route to Ludzidzini Palace upon arrival from Singapore and Rwanda amid security threats.<\/b><\/p>\n

The King arrived in eSwatini via the King Mswati III International Airport on Sunday, before flying to Singapore, he had attended the 26th Session of the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting in Kigali,Rwanda.<\/p>\n

The King would use the Mbabane-Manzini Highway before the eruption of the political unrest, however this time, he off-ramped at Matsapha(Mahhala) Bridge and travelled via the Kwaluseni-Langeni route with helicopter flying monitoring his escorts.<\/p>\n

A roadblock manned by soldiers was staged on the Eve of his arrival few meters away from the Matsapha(Mahhala Highway Bridge)next to Engen Filling Station.<\/p>\n

Mswati\u2019s Spokesperson Percy Simelane said the security matters of the King remained with the security personnel.<\/p>\n

\u201cSecurity matters remain with security personnel and not all of us,\u201dsaid the King\u2019s Spokesperson.<\/p>\n

Reached for comments,the female Commander of the Ground Forces said she was aware that the King came back on Sunday and had to change routes.<\/p>\n
