Governor Dr Phil Mnisi met with Alfred Hannig of the Alliance for Financial Inclusion (AFI) on April 15, 2026, to deepen collaboration aimed at strengthening inclusive financial systems.<\/p>\n

The discussions focused on unlocking opportunities to expand access to financial services, particularly for underserved communities and small businesses, segments increasingly recognised as critical drivers of economic growth. Enhanced access to savings, credit, and investment tools is expected to improve business sustainability and stimulate broader economic participation.<\/p>\n

Dr Mnisi highlighted Eswatini\u2019s ongoing reforms in financial sector development, noting that international partnerships remain essential in modernising regulatory frameworks and adopting global best practices.
