This included the initial raw timber processing stage and the final production of high-quality wood products. The tour allowed participants to gain a clearer understanding of how raw materials are transformed through structured industrial systems into finished goods.<\/p>\n<p>Montigny noted that the experience was not only technical but also people-focused, with emphasis placed on how employees contribute to efficiency and safety within the production line. \u201cThe focus remained on the synergy between technical skill and human capital, emphasizing how safety protocols and employee engagement are woven into the fabric of a seamless production flow,\u201d the company said.<\/p>\n<p>Throughout the visit, attention was drawn to the importance of teamwork, discipline and workplace coordination in maintaining consistent output.
