Africa-Press – Eswatini. <\/strong><\/span>Botswana President His Excellency Advocate Duma Boko has expressed delight at being part of His Majesty King Mswati III\u2019s 40\/58 double celebrations and encouraged the monarch to continue loving his people.<\/b><\/p>\n

President Boko made the remarks while speaking on behalf of visiting Heads of State, former Heads of State and traditional leaders during a dinner held on the evening of Friday, 24 April 2026 at Lozitha Palace.<\/p>\n

The dinner followed the main national celebrations that had taken place earlier in the day at Somhlolo National Stadium.<\/p>\n

Praise For King\u2019s Leadership<\/b><\/p>\n

Addressing guests, President Boko said regional leaders had witnessed the King\u2019s love for his people and the dedication he had shown towards developing Eswatini. He said the King\u2019s continued efforts to improve the country and uplift the lives of emaSwati were recognised and appreciated across the continent.<\/p>\n

President Boko also praised King Mswati III for his role in promoting unity in Africa, saying his contribution to bringing African nations together had not gone unnoticed. According to the Botswana leader, many across the continent admired the King\u2019s commitment to peace, cooperation and progress.<\/p>\n

Best Wishes From Africa<\/b><\/p>\n

He said the whole African continent wished His Majesty well as he continued leading the Kingdom of Eswatini and contributing to the advancement of Africa at large.<\/p>\n

President Boko\u2019s speech was delivered on behalf of dignitaries who had attended the celebrations, reflecting a collective message of goodwill and support.<\/p>\n

The remarks highlighted the respect King Mswati III continues to command among fellow leaders in the region and beyond.<\/p>\n

The dinner was attended by Heads of State, former Heads of State and traditional leaders who had earlier joined thousands of emaSwati during the public celebrations at Somhlolo National Stadium.<\/p>\n

The national event marked King Mswati III\u2019s 58th birthday and 40 years on the throne, making it one of the most significant milestones in the country\u2019s recent history.<\/p>\n

Guests at the evening function were treated to a formal gathering celebrating the King\u2019s reign, leadership and continued service to the nation.<\/p>\n

The presence of regional leaders at both events underscored Eswatini\u2019s close diplomatic ties with neighbouring countries and the wider African community.<\/p>\n
