Africa-Press – Eswatini. <\/strong><\/span>MANZINI Wanderers marriage with its top striker Fabrice Mopina is on the rocks.<\/b><\/p>\n

The lanky Congolese striker is said to be open to other offers following the lapsing of his contract with the crowd pullers at the end of last season.<\/p>\n

The former Mbabane Swallows and Moneni Pirates talisman spent two seasons with the team before the expiry of his contract, where he banged 17 goals for the \u2018Weslians\u2019.<\/p>\n

A source close to the player revealed that the player was now a free agent and looking for a new team.<\/p>\n

The source said the player was currently searching for a team in the Premier League. \u201cHe still wants to play in the country as he had a very good season, thus he is willing to polish his skills and compete for honours in the league.\u201d<\/p>\n

Wanderers General Manager Mlungisi \u2018Mluga\u2019 Ndzinisa said the player was currently out of the country to attend to family issues.<\/p>\n

\nNdzinisa could not divulge much but there was a hint that the player had gone to attend his father\u2019s funeral and he promised to be back in readiness for the new season.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe will engage the player when he comes back, for now there is nothing more I can say until we discuss his contract with the team,\u201d said Ndzinisa.<\/p>\n
