Zimbabwe’s initiative to establish a museum of African independence struggles received a great deal of attention during the discussion.
President Emmerson Mnangagwa of Zimbabwe, is spearheading the initiative, and his government is funding the African Independence Museum’s construction.
Ambassador Mesganu Arga welcomed the initiative since the museum will have sections to commemorate African nations’ struggles and accomplishments, including the historic victory at Adwa.
