Africa-Press – Ethiopia. <\/strong><\/span>Speaker of Ethiopian House of Peoples\u2019 Representative, Tagese Chafo held bilateral discussions with a Djiboutian delegation led by President of the country\u2019s National Council, Dileita Mohamed Dileita.<\/p>\n

The two sides have exchange views on ways to further elevate their existing long time people to people ties in the political and economic areas.<\/p>\n

Speaker of House of Peoples\u2019 Representative, Tagese on the occasion said Ethiopia has been carrying out various activities aimed at ensuring shared development among countries in the region.<\/p>\n

The speaker pointed out that Ethiopia and Djibouti have been connected with different infrastructures including roads, railways, electric supply among other things.<\/p>\n

He urged members of the parliament of the two countries to exert efforts in order to further bolster their political and economic relations.<\/p>\n

The two sides have also stressed the need to maximize efforts to ensure peace and security in the regions and integrate the countries with development.<\/p>\n

A Djiboutian delegation led by president of the country\u2019s National Council, Dileita Mohamed Dileita is in addis Ababa for a three day official working visit to Ethiopia.<\/p>\n

Dileita Mohamed Dileita is also expected to deliver a speech to the House of People\u2019s Representative of Ethiopia on Thursday.<\/p>\n

The three day visit of the Djiboutian delegation to Ethiopia is believed to further strengthen the existing strategic cooperation between the two counties.<\/p>\n
