The commissioner wished a blessed, bright, beautiful and joyful Easter for all Ethiopian Christians.

\nIGAD Secretary General, Workneh Gebwyehu has also extended his best wish to all Ethiopian Christians.<\/p>\n

Ethiopian Easter is celebrated to commemorate the resurrection Jesus Christ following his crucifixion on Good Friday.<\/p>\n

The celebration of Easter in Ethiopia marks the end of fasting for nearly two months.<\/p>\n
