Africa-Press<\/a> – Ethiopia<\/a>. <\/strong><\/span>April 15\/2021(ENA) Ethio telecom has launched fourth-generation long-term evolution(4G LTE) network services in 6 regional towns of Ethiopia.<\/p>\n

The 4G LTE expansion Network Services covered Wolaita Sodo, Arba Minch, Hosana, Wolkite, Butajira, and Jinka towns, according to a statement of Ethio telecom.<\/p>\n

High mobile data traffic has been observed in these areas and expansion of the reliable, high bandwidth, and high speed features of 4G LTE enable customers to digitize services, it added.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe hope that the services will enable and empower our customers to digitize their services, increase productivity and improve their experiences,\u201d the statement said.<\/p>\n

Ethio telecom is working to expand 4G LTE network services in Addis Ababa and regional towns based on data traffic and demand assessment as part of its three years strategy to pave way for digital accessibility and inclusion in the country.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
