Africa-Press – Ethiopia. <\/strong><\/span>Popular Nollywood actor, Ray Amodi, has announced his decision to quit acting for music.<\/p>\n

Ray made the disclosure in a now viral video on his Instagram page on Tuesday evening.<\/p>\n

Announcing his departure from Nollywood, Ray who cited his health condition, explained that he has been battling with anxiety for over 10 years.<\/p>\n

He also revealed that his decision to quit acting to pursue a full time music career comes with many consequences.<\/p>\n

\u201cI have stopped acting films. I quit to focus on my music career.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis is a decision that has come with a lot of consequences\u201d, he stated.<\/p>\n
