Le pays a choisi de remettre en selle les trois candidats n\u2019e\u0301tant pas parvenus a\u0300 rallier la capitale tchadienne l\u2019an dernier faute d\u2019accompagnement financier.<\/p>\n

Snobe\u0301s par le gouvernement et ses partenaires techniques habituels, les trois e\u0301tudiants cense\u0301s repre\u0301senter le Gabon lors de la 12e e\u0301dition du Concours international ge\u0301nie en herbe Ohada (CIGHO) avaient brille\u0301 par leur absence a\u0300 N\u2019Djamena (Tchad). Ils n\u2019e\u0301taient pas parvenus a\u0300 re\u0301colter suffisamment d\u2019argent pour leur voyage. Cette anne\u0301e, les choses sont diffe\u0301rentes, selon l\u2019Association des e\u0301tudiants juristes du Gabon et le Club Ohada Gabon dont le communique\u0301 publie\u0301 jeudi annonce le retour du pays dans \u00abla plus prestigieuse compe\u0301tition universitaire du droit de l\u2019Organisation pour l\u2019Harmonisation du Droit des Affaires (Ohada)\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Le Gabon prendra donc part a\u0300 la 13e e\u0301dition du CIGHO pre\u0301vue du lundi 26 septembre au samedi 1er octobre prochain a\u0300 Yaounde\u0301, au Cameroun. Cette participation, pre\u0301cise la de\u0301le\u0301gation gabonaise, a e\u0301te\u0301 rendue possible gra\u0302ce a\u0300 l\u2019inte\u0301re\u0302t porte\u0301 a\u0300 la chose par le service de Coope\u0301ration et d\u2019Action culturelle de l\u2019ambassade de France au Gabon, celui de l\u2019Universite\u0301 de Bissegue, du Cabinet Homa Moussavou, du Dr Alloume Okane et de l\u2019avocat ge\u0301ne\u0301ral pre\u0300s la Cour d\u2019appel de Franceville, Olivier Nzaou.<\/p>\n

Toutefois, a\u0300 trois jours de la compe\u0301tition, Thomas Ngwa, pre\u0301sident du comite\u0301 national d\u2019organisation du CIGHO, informe de la subsistance de quelques manquements. Aussi, invite-t-il toute personne ou entite\u0301 de bonne volonte\u0301 inte\u0301resse\u0301e par la cause a\u0300 manifester son soutien multiforme a\u0300 la de\u0301le\u0301gation gabonaise qui sera repre\u0301sente\u0301e au Cameroun par les trois candidats de l\u2019an dernier, Reine Flora Ndonga Louhou, Marie Claude Abe\u2019e Mezui et Guy Jehut Ntolo Ondo, tous e\u0301tudiants a\u0300 la la Faculte\u0301 de Droit et des Sciences e\u0301conomiques, de l\u2019Universite\u0301 Omar Bongo (UOB), ainsi que leur encadreur Mai\u0308mouna Abdoul Kadir.<\/p>\n

Pour l\u2019e\u0301dition 2022 au Cameroun, les organisateurs annoncent la participation de 15 pays membres de l\u2019Ohada (Be\u0301nin, Burkina Faso, Cameroun, Comores, Congo, Co\u0302te d\u2019Ivoire, Gabon, Guine\u0301e, Mali, Niger, Re\u0301publique De\u0301mocratique du Congo, Se\u0301ne\u0301gal, Tchad et Togo) et trois pays non membres (Burundi, France et Madagascar), avec le soutien institutionnel du Secre\u0301tariat permanent de l\u2019Ohada et du gouvernement camerounais via le parrainage du ministre d\u2019E\u0301tat en charge de la Justice et l\u2019appui de la coope\u0301ration franc\u0327aise via l\u2019Agence franc\u0327aise de de\u0301veloppement (AFD) et d\u2019autres partenaires traditionnels de ce rendez-vous culturel et scientifique.<\/p>\n
