Et pour cause ; une pluie diluvienne s\u2019est abattue avec violence, au point ou\u0300 des voitures ont e\u0301te\u0301 submerge\u0301es, boutiques inonde\u0301es, maisons, les pieds dans l\u2019eau&#8230; les dommages et de\u0301ga\u0302ts mate\u0301riels subis par les habitants de Port-Gentil sont nombreux. En effet, plusieurs familles dont plus d\u2019une vingtaine, se sont retrouve\u0301es a\u0300 la belle e\u0301toile a\u0300 la suite d\u2019un violent orage.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab C\u2019est pour la premie\u0300re fois que je vois les toitures qui s\u2019envolent, vraiment svp qu\u2019on nous vienne en aide ! \u00bb, a de\u0301plore\u0301 Pame\u0301la Divassa, la me\u0300re de famille qui ne sait pas a\u0300 quel saint se vouer.<\/p>\n<p>Il est facile d\u2019y croire lorsqu\u2019on voit les images de populations patauger dans les eaux de pluies pour sauver ce qui peut l\u2019e\u0302tre de leurs biens, dans des maisons inonde\u0301es et arrache\u0301es a\u0300 elles par les eaux de pluies.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab C\u0327a fait deux fois que je subi le me\u0302me coup et au me\u0302me mois, j\u2019avais du\u0302 sortir ma cachette pour arranger mais rien ; la\u0300 je suis dehors avec les enfants. Quand la toiture a saute\u0301, une latte est venue tomber sur la te\u0302te de mon enfant. Les moyens pour l\u2019emmener a\u0300 l\u2019ho\u0302pital je n\u2019ai pas. Je demande juste de l\u2019aide ! \u00bb, a implore\u0301 dame Ce\u0301cile.<\/p>\n<p>Le sinistre spectacle n\u2019est pas nouveau au Gabon et a\u0300 Port-Gentil en particulier. Il se joue chaque anne\u0301e depuis biento\u0302t plusieurs de\u0301cennies avec une re\u0301gularite\u0301 implacable. Selon les populations, la faute est a\u0300 mettre a\u0300 l\u2019actif du gouvernement qui ne propose pas de plan d\u2019assainissement.<\/p>\n<p>Natif de la ville du sable, Franc\u0327ois Matsanga, regrette que \u00ab c\u2019est reparti ! On ne peut pas se plaindre, nous sommes habitue\u0301s a\u0300 c\u0327a chaque anne\u0301e. Il n y\u2019a aucune politique re\u0301elle d\u2019assainissement concernant Port-Gentil \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Il n\u2019y a pas que les quartiers de\u0301favorise\u0301s de la capitale e\u0301conomique qui ont e\u0301te\u0301 durement frappe\u0301s par ces inondations. Le centre-ville, le marche\u0301 du grand village, les e\u0301coles et bien d\u2019autres ont particulie\u0300rement e\u0301te\u0301 touche\u0301s. Beaucoup se sont retrouve\u0301s pie\u0301ge\u0301s par la monte\u0301e des eaux.
