Une premie\u0300re pour un ressortissant d\u2019Afrique centrale.<\/p>\n

Il est le premier laure\u0301at issu de l\u2019Afrique centrale depuis la cre\u0301ation de cette distinction en 2016. Le 21 novembre, Ghislain Claude Essabe a remporte\u0301 le Prix Geoffrey-Dieudonne\u0301 de l\u2019APF. En fonction a\u0300 l\u2019Assemble\u0301e nationale en tant que directeur des Relations parlementaires depuis 2019, le Gabonais de 43 ans, titulaire d\u2019un DEA en Ge\u0301opolitique (UOB), a se\u0301duit les jure\u0301s gra\u0302ce a\u0300 sa the\u0300se sur la diplomatie parlementaire gabonaise brillamment soutenue cette anne\u0301e, au point que celle-ci sera biento\u0302t publie\u0301e, pre\u0301face\u0301e par Bertrand Badie, professeur e\u0301me\u0301rite a\u0300 l\u2019Institut d\u2019e\u0301tudes politiques de Paris.<\/p>\n

\u00abLe jury, pre\u0301side\u0301 par Francis Drouin, pre\u0301sident de l\u2019APF, distingue l\u2019auteur d\u2019un travail de recherche sur la diplomatie parlementaire, champ des relations internationales me\u0301connu, ainsi qu\u2019un fonctionnaire qui n\u2019a de cesse de promouvoir la Francophonie en tant que secre\u0301taire administratif de la section gabonaise de l\u2019APF\u00bb, lit-on sur le site officiel de l\u2019organisation qui regroupe des parlementaires de 91 parlements re\u0301partis sur les cinq continents.<\/p>\n

Ghislain Claude Essabe a remporte\u0301 la possibilite\u0301 d\u2019effectuer un stage sur mesure d\u2019une semaine dans le Parlement francophone de son choix.<\/p>\n

Pour rappel, cre\u0301e\u0301 a\u0300 Antananarivo (Madagascar), le Prix Geoffrey-Dieudonne\u0301 re\u0301compense depuis 7 ans un fonctionnaire particulie\u0300rement investi dans la promotion de la Francophonie parlementaire. Ce prix est un hommage a\u0300 Geoffroy Dieudonne\u0301, premier conseiller au Parlement de la Fe\u0301de\u0301ration Wallonie-Bruxelles, assassine\u0301 le 20 novembre 2015 a\u0300 Bamako (Mali) alors qu\u2019il intervenait comme confe\u0301rencier lors d\u2019une formation au be\u0301ne\u0301fice des fonctionnaires parlementaires maliens, organise\u0301e conjointement par l\u2019APF et l\u2019Universite\u0301 Senghor.<\/p>\n
