Pourtant, pre\u0300s de trois mois apre\u0300s, le renouvellement du bureau du CGE n\u2019est toujours pas effectif, en de\u0301pit des re\u0301centes auditions a\u0300 la Cour constitutionnelle du ministre de l\u2019Inte\u0301rieur et sa colle\u0300gue des Relations avec les institutions.<\/p>\n<p>A\u0300 l\u2019initiative d\u2019une premie\u0300re saisine, le 26 septembre 2022, RE\u0301AGIR (Re\u0301appropriation du Gabon, de son Inde\u0301pendance, pour sa Reconstruction) est a\u0300 nouveau monte\u0301 au front ce mardi 3 janvier. Cette fois, face au refus des pouvoirs publics de se plier a\u0300 sa de\u0301cision, le parti de Franc\u0327ois Ndong Obiang invite la haute juridiction a\u0300 constater la violation de sa de\u0301cision d\u2019octobre dernier, et en conse\u0301quence, de \u00abprononcer la dissolution pure et simple de l\u2019actuel bureau du Centre gabonais des e\u0301lections\u00bb. D\u2019autant plus que l\u2019anne\u0301e e\u0301lectorale s\u2019est ouverte.<\/p>\n<p>Marie Madeleine Mborantsuo et les 8 autres juges constitutionnels re\u0301pondront-ils une nouvelle fois favorablement a\u0300 la demande de ce parti de l\u2019opposition ?
