Ont-ils e\u0301te\u0301 blanchis ?<\/p>\n

Belle apre\u0300s-midi que celle du 5 septembre 2023 pour Renaud Allogho Akoue\u0301 et Le\u0301andre Nzue\u0301. Sur instruction du ge\u0301ne\u0301ral de brigade et pre\u0301sident de la transition, Brice Clotaire Oligui Ngue\u0301ma, ils ont e\u0301te\u0301 libe\u0301re\u0301s apre\u0300s leur incarce\u0301ration a\u0300 la prison centrale de Libreville pour entre autres, de\u0301tournement de deniers publics. Membres de la galaxie Ali Bongo, ils e\u0301taient taxe\u0301s de \u201cvoleurs de la Re\u0301publique\u201d tant les sommes qu\u2019ils auraient de\u0301tourne\u0301es et tanto\u0302t re\u0301ve\u0301le\u0301es en plein proce\u0300s (pour Renaud Allogho Akoue\u0301), avaient choque\u0301 plus d\u2019un comme c\u2019est le cas aujourd\u2019hui avec l\u2019argent saisi par le Comite\u0301 pour la transition et la restauration des institutions (CTRI).<\/p>\n

Renaud Allogho Akoue\u0301, incarce\u0301re\u0301 le 27 novembre 2019, e\u0301tait le directeur ge\u0301ne\u0301ral de la Caisse nationale d\u2019assurance maladie et de garantie sociale (CNAMGS) lors de sa mise sous mandat de de\u0301po\u0302t. Il serait a\u0300 l\u2019origine des tensions financie\u0300res de cette boi\u0302te dont la gestion a finalement e\u0301te\u0301 confie\u0301e au secteur prive\u0301. Le 4 aou\u0302t 2022, il avait e\u0301te\u0301 condamne\u0301 par la Cour d\u2019appel a\u0300 8 ans de re\u0301clusion criminelle, dont un an avec sursis, 10 millions de francs CFA d\u2019amende et 4 milliards de francs CFA a\u0300 payer a\u0300 la partie civile. Il lui restait donc 3 anne\u0301es a\u0300 purger en prison. Le\u0301andre Nzue\u0301, ancien maire de la commune de Libreville, e\u0301tait passe\u0301 devant le juge d\u2019instruction le 15 septembre 2020.<\/p>\n

Place\u0301 sous mandat de de\u0301po\u0302t a\u0300 la prison centrale de Libreville, jusqu\u2019a\u0300 sa libe\u0301ration ce mardi 5 septembre, son jugement n\u2019avait pas encore e\u0301te\u0301 prononce\u0301 : son proce\u0300s e\u0301tait tre\u0300s attendu. Le 4 septembre lors de sa prestation de serment, le pre\u0301sident de la transition annonc\u0327ait entre autres, l\u2019amnistie des prisonniers d\u2019opinion. Alors que leur libe\u0301ration intervient au lendemain de son discours, l\u2019opinion s\u2019interroge quand bien me\u0302me, leurs proches jubilent de joie. Sont-ils conside\u0301re\u0301s comme des prisonniers d\u2019opinion ? Ont-ils e\u0301te\u0301 blanchis de leurs crimes ?
