Africa-Press – Gabon. <\/strong><\/span>Le Secre\u0301taire ge\u0301ne\u0301ral de l\u2019Ordre national des experts comptables (ONEC), Adetona Akande\u0301 Yacouba, a, dans le cadre du renouve\u0300lement du bureau de l\u2019institution, annonce\u0301 dans une confe\u0301rence de presse mercredi 04 octobre 2023 a\u0300 Libreville, l\u2019organisation des e\u0301lections le 14 octobre prochain du nouveau pre\u0301sident dudit conseil.<\/b><\/p>\n

\u00ab Les e\u0301lections pour le renouve\u0300lement du bureau de l\u2019Ordre national des experts comptables, ces e\u0301lections auront lieu d\u2019ici le 14 octobre \u00bb, a annonce\u0301 M. Adetona Akande\u0301 Yacouba,<\/b> indiquant par la suite que \u00ab nous sommes en train de pre\u0301parer le processus e\u0301lectoral pour pouvoir informer tous les membres de l\u2019ordre qu\u2019ils soient pre\u0301sents pour ces e\u0301lections \u00bb.<\/p>\n

Le scrutin se tiendra conforme\u0301ment aux dispositions des articles 53 et suivant du re\u0300glement inte\u0301rieur de l\u2019ONEC pris par arre\u0302te\u0301 N \u0308 \u0308 001559\/MEFSN du 11 octobre 2019, le processus e\u0301lectoral arrive a\u0300 son terme. Celle-ci se pre\u0301pare suivant la loi, depuis le 14 mars dernier avec la communication de la date des e\u0301lections, le 1er aou\u0302t (notification a\u0300 l\u2019ensemble des membres), l 14 aou\u0302t (e\u0301tablissement de la liste des e\u0301lecteurs) et le 11 septembre (fin et validation du de\u0301po\u0302t des candidatures).<\/p>\n

Sur les 80 membres inscrits au conseil de l\u2019ordre des experts gabonais, 60 experts remplissant toutes les conditions vont e\u0301lire le futur pre\u0301sident de l\u2019institution. L\u2019expert-comptable, Anaclet Ngoua, qui conduit la liste dont le slogan est \u00ab utile, proche, engager \u00bb est seul en lice.<\/p>\n

Sauf surprise de dernie\u0300re minute, Anaclet Ngoua va remplacer Franck Sima Mba qui a passe\u0301 4 ans a\u0300 la te\u0302te de l\u2019institution. Le futur pre\u0301sident e\u0301tait vice-pre\u0301sident dans le bureau sortant.<\/p>\n

Conforment a\u0300 la loi, le commissaire du gouvernement, Paul Jacob Kiki, se chargera de pre\u0301sider a\u0300 la bonne organisation de cette e\u0301lection dont le processus e\u0301lectoral, a-t-il rassure\u0301, se de\u0301roule bien.<\/p>\n

Les experts comptables ont pour principales missions d\u2019assister les ope\u0301rateurs e\u0301conomiques dans la production des leurs e\u0301tats financiers des de\u0301clarations fiscales et la certification des bilans des entreprises. L\u2019ONEC est par conse\u0301quent, pour le gouvernement, un outil essentiel pour la transparence et la bonne gouvernance de la chose publique.<\/p>\n
