Pour les usagers, il ne semblait constituer aucun danger. Pourtant, il e\u0301tait vu d\u2019un mauvais \u0153il par l\u2019ANAC. Le ma\u0302t implante\u0301 par le CNEE au niveau de la passerelle pie\u0301tonne du lyce\u0301e Paul Indjendjet Gondjout (LPIG) de Libreville a e\u0301te\u0301 de\u0301mantele\u0301 le 28 octobre. L\u2019Agence e\u0301voque \u00abdes raisons de se\u0301curite\u0301 de la navigation ae\u0301rienne\u00bb.<\/p>\n

En effet, l\u2019emplacement de ce ma\u0302t e\u0301tait juge\u0301 dangereux, d\u2019autant qu\u2019il se trouvait dans le voisinage du seuil de piste 34 de l\u2019Ae\u0301roport international Le\u0301on Mba. Pour de\u0301terminer les risques, l\u2019ANAC avait au pre\u0301alable lance\u0301 une e\u0301tude sur place. \u00abLes re\u0301sultats de l\u2019e\u0301tude ont de\u0301montre\u0301 que les servitudes ae\u0301ronautiques de l\u2019ae\u0301roport e\u0301taient impacte\u0301es et que l\u2019implantation dudit ma\u0302t constituait une menace pour la se\u0301curite\u0301 de la navigation ae\u0301rienne de par sa hauteur et son emplacement\u00bb, informe l\u2019Agence.<\/p>\n

Coordonne\u0301e par la direction des Ae\u0301rodromes et E\u0301quipements ae\u0301ronautiques de l\u2019ANAC, l\u2019ope\u0301ration de de\u0301mante\u0300lement effectue\u0301e en collaboration avec les responsables de CNEE visait a\u0300 se conformer a\u0300 la re\u0301glementation en vigueur, notamment le Code de l\u2019aviation civile en ses articles 137 et 138 et e\u0301galement le RAG 8.1, norme 8.1.4.3.1, pre\u0301cise l\u2019Agence qui assure avoir e\u0301vite\u0301 un incident ae\u0301rien.<\/p>\n
