Satisfaite de la qualite\u0301 et du rythme des re\u0301alisations en cours, la de\u0301le\u0301gation a affiche\u0301 son optimisme quant aux respects des engagements de l\u2019entreprise adjudicatrice.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abNous sommes ici, dans le cadre d\u2019un e\u0301tat des lieux de tout ce qui se fait sur cet axe routier. Pre\u0301sentement, nous sommes en train de constater l\u2019avancement des travaux qui se de\u0301roulent bien conforme\u0301ment au cahier de charges. Ils sont actuellement au niveau de l\u2019ensoleillement me\u0301canise\u0301\u00bb, a confie\u0301 le directeur ge\u0301ne\u0301ral de l\u2019entretien routier et des ae\u0301rodromes, Millot Lambert Mouvinde.<\/p>\n<p>Ces travaux d\u2019entretien routier exe\u0301cute\u0301s par Morgan BTP consistent essentiellement a\u0300 l\u2019ensoleillement me\u0301canise\u0301, au curage et rechargement des bourbiers, rechargement de la chausse\u0301e, la remise en forme et la re\u0301alisation de sept dalots. \u00abA\u0300 l\u2019heure actuelle, nous sommes sur un avancement de 16 km en terme d\u2019ensoleillement, de 9 km en terme de remise en forme et de 12m3 en terme de traitement de bourbier. Sur ce projet, l\u2019avancement des travaux peut e\u0302tre estime\u0301 a\u0300 20%. Nous espe\u0301rons terminer le projet dans les de\u0301lais\u00bb, a explique\u0301 le conducteur des travaux, Michel Ndong.<\/p>\n<p>Ces travaux engage\u0301s par le Fonds autonome national d\u2019entretien routier (Faner), sous pre\u0301financement de l\u2019entreprise, seront honore\u0301s apre\u0300s e\u0301valuation d\u2019e\u0301tape et satisfaction des autorite\u0301s en charge de l\u2019entretien routier.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abLe fond est la\u0300 pour financer les travaux en cours de re\u0301alisation. Notre premie\u0300re mission est celle de venir voir comment s\u2019exe\u0301cutent ses travaux afin que nous puissions proce\u0301der au paiement de ces travaux sans difficulte\u0301. Apre\u0300s cet e\u0301tat de lieux, il s\u2019agira pour nous de faire l\u2019e\u0301valuation et la semaine prochaine, nous aurons le cou\u0302t exact de cette re\u0301alisation d\u2019e\u0301tape que nous allons honorer\u00bb, a confie\u0301 le directeur ge\u0301ne\u0301ral du Faner, Patrice Mezui, assurant que ces travaux s\u2019exe\u0301cutent tre\u0300s bien. \u00abCe qui est important dans ce chantier, c\u2019est que l\u2019entreprise a anticipe\u0301 les travaux sans qu\u2019on n\u2019ait pu verser une avance de de\u0301marrage des travaux.
