Africa-Press – Gabon. <\/strong><\/span>Pre\u0301vue durer 48 heures, une formation sur le ro\u0302le du manager dans la promotion et la gestion de la performance de ses collaborateurs s\u2019est ouverte ce jeudi 14 mars a\u0300 Libreville, a\u0300 l\u2019initiative de la Coalition des organisations re\u0301publicaines pour le de\u0301veloppement e\u0301conomique (CORDE). Chefs d\u2019entreprises et cadres de l\u2019administration prive\u0301e et publique y prennent part aux co\u0302te\u0301s de dizaines d\u2019e\u0301tudiants.<\/p>\n

Dans le cadre de son programme intitule\u0301 \u00abPromouvoir la performance des professionnels\u00bb dont c\u2019est la premie\u0300re e\u0301dition, la Coalition des organisations re\u0301publicaines pour le de\u0301veloppement e\u0301conomique (CORDE) a ouvert ce jeudi a\u0300 Libreville, en pre\u0301sence du conseiller spe\u0301cial du pre\u0301sident de la Transition en charge notamment des questions de jeunesse, Paul Ulrich Kessany, une formation couvrant plusieurs panels, tous tournant autour de la the\u0301matique centrale du ro\u0302le du manager dans la gestion de la performance de ses collaborateurs. \u00abLa performance, chime\u0300re ou re\u0301alite\u0301 dans le secteur public\/parapublic ?\u00bb ; \u00abLa performance, comment se manifeste-t-elle dans votre secteur ?\u00bb, \u00abLa gestion des risques dans le cadre d\u2019un projet\u00bb… sont autant de sujets des panels et ateliers qui seront anime\u0301s deux journe\u0301es durant par des patrons et cadres de l\u2019administration publique et prive\u0301e au be\u0301ne\u0301fice des participants parmi lesquels un grand nombre d\u2019e\u0301tudiants de grandes e\u0301coles de la capitale.<\/p>\n

\u00abCe programme nous permettra de faire trois choses: de la formation, du re\u0301seautage et du partage d\u2019expe\u0301riences. Nous n\u2019avons pas la pre\u0301tention d\u2019avoir [les talents] d\u2019un bon manager, mais toute mon e\u0301quipe et moi-me\u0302me avons de\u0301cide\u0301 de nous faire accompagner par des personnes de haut niveau qui ont e\u0301te\u0301 et continuent d\u2019e\u0302tre des mode\u0300les pour nous, qui animeront cette formation\u00bb, a de\u0301clare\u0301 Je\u0301re\u0301mie Nze Biang, coordinateur ge\u0301ne\u0301ral de la jeune Coalition, disant e\u0302tre \u00abcertain que toutes personnes qui se sont inscrites a\u0300 ce programme de formation en ressortiront grandies gra\u0302ce aux outils pratiques qu\u2019elles pourront utiliser au quotidien et gra\u0302ce au re\u0301seau qu\u2019elles se seront cre\u0301e\u0301 tout au long de cette rencontre\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Pour sa part, Lysiane Neyer Kenga, secre\u0301taire ge\u0301ne\u0301rale de CORDE, voit la ne\u0301cessite\u0301 de la performance dans une plus large. \u00abLe Gabon, notre pays, regorge de talents et de ressources inestimables. Cependant, estime-t-elle, pour atteindre notre plein potentiel en tant que nation, il est impe\u0301ratif que nous investissions dans le de\u0301veloppement de nos compe\u0301tences et dans notre capacite\u0301 a\u0300 performer a\u0300 tous les niveaux de la socie\u0301te\u0301. La performance, dans ce contexte, ne limite pas a\u0300 l\u2019atteinte des objectifs chiffre\u0301s, elle englobe e\u0301galement la capacite\u0301 a\u0300 innover, a\u0300 s\u2019adapter aux changements, a\u0300 travailler en e\u0301quipe, et surtout a\u0300 e\u0301lever nos standards pour viser l\u2019excellence a\u0300 chaque e\u0301tape de notre parcours\u00bb. Pour elle, \u00abqu\u2019il s\u2019agisse du secteur public, prive\u0301 ou associatif, la performance est une exigence fondamentale pour relever les de\u0301fis de notre e\u0301poque et ba\u0302tir un avenir prospe\u0300re pour les ge\u0301ne\u0301rations a\u0300 venir\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Cre\u0301e\u0301e courant 2023, l\u2019association Coalition des organisations re\u0301publicaines pour le de\u0301veloppement e\u0301conomique (CORDE) est pre\u0301sente\u0301e par ses fondateurs comme un agre\u0301gateur d\u2019organisations de jeunesse \u0153uvrant dans la formation,le conseil et le renforcement des capacite\u0301s.<\/p>\n
