Africa-Press – Gabon. <\/strong><\/span>Le Premier Ministre, Raymond Ndong Sima, a, ouvert jeudi 16 mai 2024 a\u0300 Libreville , le Salon national de l\u2019orientation (SNO), organise\u0301 conjointement par les Ministe\u0300res de l\u2019Education nationale et de l\u2019Enseignement Supe\u0301rieur, via leur organe technique, le Secre\u0301tariat permanent d\u2019orientation scolaire, universitaire et professionnelle (SOSUP), pour permettre au Gabon d\u2019atteindre progressivement son objectif de l\u2019ade\u0301quation formation-emploi.<\/b>
\nLe Premier Ministre, Raymond Ndong Sima, a, ouvert jeudi 16 mai 2024 a\u0300 Libreville , le Salon national de l\u2019orientation (SNO), organise\u0301 conjointement par les Ministe\u0300res de l\u2019Education nationale et de l\u2019Enseignement Supe\u0301rieur, via leur organe technique, le Secre\u0301tariat permanent d\u2019orientation scolaire, universitaire et professionnelle (SOSUP), pour permettre au Gabon d\u2019atteindre progressivement son objectif de l\u2019ade\u0301quation formation-emploi.<\/b><\/p>\n

\u00ab J\u2019exhorte les professionnels de l\u2019orientation a\u0300 s\u2019approprier la liste des me\u0301tiers porteurs afin que nos apprenants soient de\u0301sormais oriente\u0301s dans les milieux des formations qui conduisent a\u0300 ces me\u0301tiers \u00bb, a instruit M. Ndong Sima.<\/p>\n

Le SNO est le premier du genre qui se de\u0301roulera du 16 au 20 mai prochain au Jardin Botanique dans le 1er arrondissement de Libreville. Des milliers des apprenants (e\u0301le\u0300ves et e\u0301tudiants) provenant des e\u0301tablissements techniques et professionnels pour scruter les diffe\u0301rentes formations prioritaires retenues par l\u2019Etat, ayant les opportunite\u0301s imme\u0301diates d\u2019emplois.<\/p>\n

Dans son allocution circonstancielle, le Ministre de l\u2019Education nationale, Came\u0301lia Ntoutoume Leclercq, a, souligne\u0301 que les pre\u0301sentes assises visaient a\u0300 trouver des solutions a\u0300 un certain nombre \u00ab des maux qui hantent notre syste\u0300me scolaire, acade\u0301mique et professionnel depuis plusieurs anne\u0301es, notamment l\u2019ine\u0301quation formation-emploi, le de\u0301crochage scolaire et le cho\u0302mage \u00bb des jeunes , aujourd\u2019hui estime\u0301 a\u0300 38%.<\/p>\n

Pour une meilleure orientation, les apprenants sont appele\u0301s a\u0300 avoir les entretiens dans les diffe\u0301rents stands avec les conseillers d\u2019orientation psychologues, les spe\u0301cialistes de la question. Ils seront e\u0301galement sensibilise\u0301s sur les \u00ab me\u0301tiers et formations prioritaires \u00bb retenus par l\u2019Etat lors des \u00ab Assises nationales sur les me\u0301tiers et les formations prioritaires pour le de\u0301veloppement du Gabon \u00bb, tenues du 10 au 13 mai dernier a\u0300 la Zone e\u0301conomique spe\u0301ciale de Nkok (23 km de Libreville). Plusieurs e\u0301changes entre entrepreneurs sous forme des confe\u0301rences seront aussi mis a\u0300 contribution pour donner plus de visibilite\u0301 pratique aux apprenants.<\/p>\n

Pour le patron du SOSUP, Je\u0301re\u0301mie Mikombo, ce salon constitue, \u00ab <\/b>un rendez incontournable pour les e\u0301le\u0300ves, les e\u0301tudiants et professionnels, car il permettra de de\u0301couvrir les offres de formations des diffe\u0301rents e\u0301tablissements et de cerner les formules de l\u2019orientation \u00bb.<\/p>\n
